Neutral Contemporary Lounge with Industrial Touches and Green Accents

A mirror with potted plants and candles hung on the window.

About this Project

A rental property, which was to be the home of a single professional dad and his two daughters at the weekends.

The styling was limited to paint, wallpaper and furniture, albeit the sofa and a rustic industrial table was already bought by the owner.

A neutral palette was desired so the base colour throughout, a rich Dulux cream which was painted on all walls, ceilings and woodwork.  One wall in the lounge was wallpapered with a industrial style green wallpaper adorned with abstract pictures to keep the look contemporary.  Industrial style lighting with bronze finishes to add richness to the scheme complimented the whole look!

The result: A cosy retreat for after work, and for a small family with green accents and  complimentary accessories - all within a tight budget!
