Welcome to Sally Blake trading as Adorn Home Styling ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.adornhomestyling.co.uk and our services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. 1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Home Staging and Interior Design services (“Services”) provided by Adorn Home Styling (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.


2. Scope of Services

  • We will provide the Services as outlined in your agreed proposal, quotation, or design plan.

  • Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and must be approved before work begins.

  • Home staging services are for presentation purposes only and are not intended for long-term use.

 

3. Fees & Payment

  • A written quotation will be provided before work begins.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

  • Remaining balances must be paid

o Before installation for home staging
o As specified in the proposal for Home Design Services

  • A payment link will be sent for bank transfers and if payment is not received within 14 days a late payment fee of £50.00 will apply.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling of home staging

  • Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled start date of home staging may result in loss of deposit or additional charges.

  • If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate, but new dates cannot be guaranteed.

  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund any payments for services not yet delivered.

 

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property and your requirements.

  • Ensure the property is clean, accessible, and safe for us to work in.

  • Remove personal belongings, valuables, and clutter before staging or installation.

  • Obtain any necessary permissions (e.g., landlord approval, building access).


6. Furniture, Décor & Rentals (Home Staging)

  • All staging furniture, décor, and accessories remain our property unless otherwise stated.

  • Rental periods are 3 months unless agreed otherwise.

  • You are responsible for the care of rented items while they are in your property.

  • Damage, loss, or theft of items will be charged at replacement value.

 

7. Design Purchases (Interior Design)

  • We may recommend or purchase items on your behalf with your approval.

  • Full payment for purchased items may be required upfront.

  • Lead times, stock availability, and delivery dates are subject to supplier conditions and outside our control.

  • We are not responsible for supplier delays, defects, or delivery issues, but we will assist in resolving them where possible.

 

8. Access to Property

  • You agree to provide access to the property at agreed times.

  • If we cannot access the property due to client related issues, additional charges may apply.

 

9. Photography & Marketing

  • We may take photographs and videos of completed work for marketing purposes.

  • If you prefer not to have your property photographed, please notify us in writing before work begins.

 

10. Liability

  • We will take reasonable care when working in your property.

  • We are not liable for:

o Preexisting damage or structural issues
o Wear and tear caused by normal use of staging items
o Delays caused by suppliers, contractors, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

 

11. Third Party Contractors

  • We may recommend trusted contractors (e.g., painters, electricians).

  • Any contract with third party contractors is between you and them directly.

  • We are not responsible for their work, fees, or conduct.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in place at the time of booking will apply to your project.


13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
